Our company is a family company that started production under the name of Ali Çaglayan Enterprise in 1948, transformed into a collective company in 1972 and a joint stock company in 1983. It has been operating in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone since 1983. Since its establishment, it has successfully completed and continues the installation of turnkey grinding facilities, gypsum plants, package lime facilities, dry powder mixture and packaging facilities, dynamic grain classification and dust filtering facilities and their related machines at home and abroad. Our company, which has mainly focused on exports in recent years, aims to provide high added value to the country's economy. Our company performs plant and process design, manufacturing of relevant machine components, on-site assembly and commissioning, after-sales technical support and supply of spare parts from the initial stage in the projects it undertakes. Our company, which has ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, also has CE certification in manufacturing. After the manufacturing, machining and paint processes of the products produced in our company are meticulously completed, the final quality inspections are carried out and the shipment is carried out. The same rigor is applied in the inspections of the products/ semi-products provided by our suppliers. The design and manufacture of the automation systems of the designed machines and facilities are done by our reliable suppliers under our supervision and commissioning is carried out by us after cold tests are carried out. Until today, equipment and turnkey installations in many countries spreading across 3 different continents were carried out as well as the established facilities of leading mining industry and building materials manufacturing firms established with domestic and/or foreign capital in Turkey. Some of these countries are; Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Syria, Libya, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Kosovo, Greece. Our company, which adds its experience gained over the years, is engaged in research and development and product development activities in grinding, calcination and drying, dynamic separation technologies.
